The Paradise Collector almost always packs and ships your order within one business day.
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 for one item +$5 for multiple items, using Regular Australia Post service, but we can offer Express Shipping at an extra charge:

SHIPPING FEES WORLDWIDE
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $20 for one item. For more than two items, your shipping will be revised and we will be in touch with the extra International shipping rate of approximately AUS$10 on top of your paid rate.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Sale Purchases: We do not offer refunds on sale purchases or items purchased with a discount code. We will however happily offer an exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months).We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
All other purchases: You may return new, unused FULL PRICE items within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit (valid 6 months). Orders returned after 14 days will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit (valid 6 months).
Please email [email protected] prior to returning an item and we will provide you with the return address. Refunds are applied to the original credit card or method of payment.
REFUNDS
You can expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of us receiving your return package, however in many cases your refund will be received more quickly.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Only full priced items will be refunded. Unfortunately we will not refund on sale goods only exchanged or credit note issued.
